While not quite at the same level of popularity as Arc, Xu Fu is yet another much-requested Servant who arrives at long last as part of FGO’s seventh anniversary. Xu Fu is a non-limited 3*, which means she’s effectively free for everyone. She’s a very nice free unit, too, with a bunch of great support tools, including a targeted 30% battery!
