Shock Storm will only affect enemies that are close to the one you killed. As far as I can make out it is basically a lot of visual pollution that does't do a whole lot. Shock and Aargh looks cool but all it seems to do is set off any unexploded barrels near to you. That will be an interesting experiment.

So, this build will have you gaining anarchy stacks to get more damage from your guns allowing you to kill things effectively. The BFF tree will have your Deathtrap doing the same or just keeping him around longer.
