The difference is the diameter of the hardened steel tubes (35 mm vs 50 mm), which means you get a larger stepper motor and more speed with the X-50.

What I’ve been doing is. I will start the machine up, and then home it. Everything will home fine. I then move and center the router over the project, and hit the zero button for both the x, and y axis. I will then place the probe I purchased from One Infinity and attempting to zero the z axis. I’m most interested in the X-35 Woodworker; but possibly the X-50 Woodworker. Using the shipping labels on the boxes for mine the X50 Journeyman X rail shows 60 lbs and the Y rail box shows 45 lbs. This does not include the Z slider plate which was packaged in one of the boxes but I don’t recall which one at this point.
