Did you move the leaver to rear only and back to mid. With it in rear only the mid will turn free. With engine off, move it to mid while turning the shaft. I fact I couldn't tell if there was any moment at all. The rear 3-point goes up and down, but not the center. The tractor is in good shape, low hours and fluid levels all check out.

Should be a round knob right below your seat with a + and - dial on it. It controls how fast your 3ph (which your mid mount is linked to) drops with the lever. I like to tighten mine up to prevent my quick hitch from drooping down when it's just sitting in the garage. That's the rate of drop knob, which also may be causing this issue.
