The UK line is the best dd line overall. Fairly easy to play, every ship is strong, versatile, resilient to cvs, just great stuff. And the on top of that, imo Cossack is the best T8 dd if you ever want to pick up a Brit prem dd. Akizuki is great and is better at farming dmg, but Cossack is better at winning games.

Salem has to choose between hydro/radar in exchange for a superheal.
