Studied with Archer for 3 weeks approx 75 questions/day 5 day/ week. NCLEX exam shut down at 97 questions after a SATA. Was feeling very indifferent but optimistic about my results. Is a good pop up really accurate? I’ve done it four times so far. I used my credit card (that has no more credit available atm) with a wrong expiration date. Does that make it inaccurate? I got a job offer last week, and I’m so afraid they’ll take it back if I fail..It's still like 99% correct for the good pop-up (but only like 75% for the bad pop-up). 145 certainly isn't a "GOOD" number to end on, as it means the CAT was trying to keep going as long as it could to get you to competency, but it certainly does not mean you definitely failed. I passed at 145 and thought I failed.

That is the good pop up. Yes you can use a prepaid gift card with a low amount, you either will get the good pop up or the bad one. I got the good pop up. I was so excited because last time I tested at 8am, I got all 265 questions, finished in 3 hours, and checked the PVT immediately and it gave me the bad pop up. It constantly gave me the bad pop up and I learned that I failed 48hrs later. Update: I decided to put my correct card info and submit. When it submitted the payment went through to my bank and then automatically refunded it and gave me the “good pop up”. The first pop up with incorrect card number said “ We’re unable to process your payment. Please select an alternate payment type.”.

If you get a good pop up, take it as a good chance that you passed and relax until you get your results. If you get the bad one recognize that it means you probably failed, but you will not know until you get your results. To my complete surprise, I got the good pop-up. I've tried the trick two more times since then, following the exact instructions (only changing the expiry month) and still got the same message.
