Solise is much more important as a bossing hero than for campaign or PvP. However, I do strongly recommend against picking your Awakened hero for campaign progress. None of the Awakened heroes are critical for hard pushing campaign, while they provide large power spikes in other game modes. If, by any chance, you may afford all of them, then making them e60 isn't a big deal too.
