Watching the lions rams game it froze and on reboot we get “U-Verse tv is not available at this time”. It’s not 8:16 am the day after ( Monday the 17th) and same message on all receivers. 0. Good time to start checking on the free Streaming apps, this may be the reason i finally leave uverse..... too bad too, been around a long time. MLK day and kids off school and wife off, and of course not able to enjoy any TV. -30 with the wind chill outside, would have been a good day to hang out and watch the tube

If wireless make sure the access point for the wireless boxes is plugged in and has power. Make sure the same AP is plugged in via patch cord from the AP to the AT&T gateway. You might also try to reboot the gateway itself and see if that changes the behavior your seeing. U-verse not available at this time please try to restart receiver later.
Uverse not available on wifi driven box in other room. Wired boxes were working, then froze and stopped working. Open smart manager rebooted gateway didn't fix problem. Uverse been out since yesterday 1/14/2024. Called ATT automated system no help. In Huntsville Alabama. Wifi works but Uverse doesn't.

The receiver will not re-establish its connection (via cable to ethernet- port 1). The ethernet port shows an amber light and there is no service to that television. Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working.
