The suggested feature is already there. Go to the mods page, move your mouse to a non-button area and select any mod, press CTRL + A to select all mods, and then use the menu that pops up at the bottom of the page. Hello. I assumed there would be an option to disable all mods with a single button.

Alright so found a solution to get things playable for myself with all this Bethesda Bs. So Vortex plugins kept getting disabled a setting in SSE Engine Fixes mod.
